I guess Mischa Barton was right about 90s trends making a comeback this decade. While I think the wrinkly floral shorts she wore would be a hard sell, here’s a 90s fad that I would definitely not mind wearing again for this spring:

Remember jelly sandals or jellies for short? Almost every girl was obsessed with them in the late 80s to the early 90s. Collecting them in every color was the in thing to do, and it wasn’t that hard on the pocket since these sandals were so cheap.

If you didn’t jump on the jelly bandwagon at that time, now’s your chance: shoe brands and designers are currently resurrecting jelly sandals. If you didn’t like the styles then, then maybe you’ll like the roman sandal-inspired looks that are coming out now. The designs are chicer and sleeker, and the clear rubber looks, well, less cheap.
