Supermodel Style: Liya Kebede at the Cannes Film Fest

Here’s a picture of supermodel Liya Kebede taken when she attended one of the red carpet events held during the Cannes Film Fest.

The dress is a Balenciaga, I am not sure if the sandals are too. They are fabulous though, quite a stunner.

It’s what first caught my attention. And then I realized it was Liya Kebede wearing it (sorry Liya).

I like the black and gray combination, I especially love the way the gray is being strategically placed – on the top half of the platforms and on the side straps.  It fools you into thinking it’s a pair of T-straps when it’s actually a pair of gladiators.

I tried searching for a similar pair though I had a feeling I would encounter difficulty in finding one. And indeed I was right.

However, I did find these and thought it might do if getting the look is the objective.
