Yay or Nay: Gianmarco Lorenzi Black Label Satin Sandal

Someone invited us to a special event for the new year that we’re very excited about.  While we already have many shoes including strappy sandals, we decided we wanted to look at shoes online to look for something that would look great with our evening dress.

We found this shoe in Far Fetch:

It’s a blue satin sandal with spike satin heel. The heel and platform are embellished with blue and black crystals. The vamp of the sandal has a satin flower with a plastic flower on top. The straps are also decorated with crystals.

We’re totally digging the sandal and would love to wear this with our dress. The thing is, this sandal costs $3,060. That’s a pretty steep price for sandals. Not only do we not have that kind of money to spend on shoes these days; we’re not sure we’re willing to part with that kind of money for footwear, even if the shoe is bedazzled.

The sandal is available in the store in the following sizes: 36, 37, 38, and 39.
