Isn’t Kylie Jenner only 15? The second to the youngest member (Mason is the youngest!) of the Kardashian clan is often spotted out in sophisticated looks that make her look older than she really is.

We do admire that the youngest Kardashian sister wasn’t showing much skin when she went out shopping with older sis Kendall at the Kitson boutique last June 14. She pretty much looked like a normal teenager, except most normal teenagers don’t have sandals worth hundreds of dollars. Plus, not all teenagers learn to walk really well in sky-high heels.
