Actress Jessica Alba was spotted with an interesting pair of sandals last week; the pair had zebra printed cuffs on it.  She mixed it with a neutral and casual outfit that looked really comfy to wear.

Well, what do you think? Not exactly Roman sandals, but still pretty. We love the lace-up cuff part. No word on who made it yet, so we might have to do some digging. In the meantime,  perhaps we can interest you in these zebra printed Roman sandals:

What do you think of cuffed sandals? I’m talking about the ones with thick ankle straps that look like cuffs or bracelets (if decorated). If you haven’t tried wearing a pair, would you considering it in the near future? It’s practically everywhere these days so it is hard to ignore.

Guess who was spotted cuffing her ankles last month? Yup, Jessica Alba. The actress was spotted wearing a trendy pair of grey ankle cuff sandals that came with a tiny wedge to it.

Cuff sandals are everywhere these days. You could say it’s one of the latest interpretations of the ever-evolving gladiator sandals.

The straps on the front have literally almost disappeared save for  a V band. And where have all the straps gone? Well, it moved up, making the ankle strap thicker than ever, and making it resemble a cuff bracelet.

Hmmm…I wonder what’s next for our favorite glads.

Jessica Alba went bohemian chic at the 9th Annual Tribeca Film Festival by wearing an asymmetric long white frock paired with brown chunky gladiators.

The look was totally unexpected from the celebrity style star, but it was definitely charming, sweet, and funky.

I love the twist she put into her all-too-feminine frilly look by donning a pair of tough and chunky sandals.

I also love how the asymmetrical hem of her dress dipped low at the center front while going higher at the sides, it allowed a good view of her sandals without making her look short (such would have been the case had the dress had a straight ankle length hem).
