Actress Jessica Alba was spotted with an interesting pair of sandals last week; the pair had zebra printed cuffs on it.  She mixed it with a neutral and casual outfit that looked really comfy to wear.

Here’s Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross looking all fresh and fabulous as she builds a playground for kids in need at the LeRoy Haynes Center.

If I could look that beautiful and fresh as a mom, I’d be the happiest woman on earth.

Anyway, I’m not writing this article because of how fabulous she looks, I’m writing it because I couldn’t help but notice those wide cuffed studded sandals on her feet.

I love the neutral color, it doesn’t cut-off the legs too much; not to mention it’s easier to pair with. The studs are definitely a plus. The pair would look great with a short skirt or short shorts, but I do love the way she used it with folded up skinny jeans and a breezy top. She looked so comfy and cool in it, like she was having a great time even though the day was a little hot.

Guess who was spotted cuffing her ankles last month? Yup, Jessica Alba. The actress was spotted wearing a trendy pair of grey ankle cuff sandals that came with a tiny wedge to it.

Cuff sandals are everywhere these days. You could say it’s one of the latest interpretations of the ever-evolving gladiator sandals.

The straps on the front have literally almost disappeared save for  a V band. And where have all the straps gone? Well, it moved up, making the ankle strap thicker than ever, and making it resemble a cuff bracelet.

Hmmm…I wonder what’s next for our favorite glads.

Actress Carey Mulligan has been coming out in hit after hit red carpet looks recently and this latest one she wore at the Directors Guild of America Awards last January 30 is definitely another one for the books:

I don’t know if it’s the pixie cut, the awkward posture, the cute facial expression or a combination of all of these things, but Carey can pull off these quirky looks which very few actresses can. If Carey continues on with this fashion streak (and continues showcasing her amazing acting skils), people will soon stop calling her as “Shia Le Beouf’s girlfriend” and start referencing the accolades she’ll be raking in in the future.

Aren’t they just gorgeous? The sheerness, the leather trim, and those black ribbons that thread through metal eyelets really up the sexy factor on these sandals.

Although it’s tempting to search for sheer strappy sandals too, it’s really the construction, the shoe shape, and the straps placement that make these sandals so attractive on Carey.
