Check her jaw-dropping look:

Dakota Fanning’s younger sister appeared at the Tribeca Grand Hotel in New York City on December 12, looking every inch like a golden warrior princess in a highly intricate, golden Rodarte cocktail dress, and equally intricate Nicholas Kirkwood for Rodarte Wedges.

Any thoughts on Elle’s look? The dress is quite amazing! Doesn’t it look like a modernized—and chic—version of what gladiators wore in the old days. I mean, look at the top portion—the shape somehow looks like a breast plate. And the skirt with its panels resemble gladiators’ skirts, too (although I’m not sure if they call them skirts back in those days). And don’t get me started on the shoes. They’re beyond magnifique! Take a closer look:

Very Romanesque indeed with its elaborate, golden sculpted details. These wedges are hand carved from wood, and if you’ll look closely, you can make out butterflies and flowers on them. It’s part of Rodarte’s Spring 2011 Collection, which is inspired from “seventies suburbia”.

With such busy dress and shoes, it was a good thing Elle didn’t bother adding any accessory. Her blond hair was enough to complete the exquisite golden look. Not bad for someone who’s only 12!

If you’re inspired to copy Elle’s glowing look, I’m sorry to say that I just wasn’t able to find the exact Nicholas Kirkwood for Rodarte Wedges for sale online. Nor can I find an exact-looking pair of wedges. But there are these similarly great-looking wedges that will carry you through any event, be it casual daytime fun or sizzling after-the-sunset soirées. Take a look:
